A mad world order

broken image

Humans won't change unless they are threatened. I don't believe things will get better, how could they. Can order really come from this chaos? Please, leave your two cents if you can. Unless something truly massive happens (which I doubt), I don't think we'll ever be able to get ourselves out of this mess. And for further discussion: Do you think we - as a species - can pick ourselves up and move on? If so, explain. Maybe I'll edit this and write something interesting when I get into a more creative mood, but for now, just leave your thoughts on the song. I don't think anything I could say would do the song justice, so I'll leave it at that. Perhaps it's because I've become more pessimistic or perhaps it's just that I've become more mature.

Now, it's hard to see the beauty in the world, hard to see what I once saw. When I used to look at life, I would see beauty, peace, happiness, kittens, and butterflies however, when I looked more closely, I could see nothing but pain and suffering agony and distress torture and anguish. To me, this song sums up life: Beautifully Depressing.
